Just Right Pool Service & Repair offers 3 levels of swimming pool weekly service as well as repairs and replacement of swimming pool equipment. We stay very competitive with our pricing while offering great service through honesty, integrity, and hard work.
The water needs to be drained and refilled every 2-4 months depending on usage. Not all spas can be properly maintained with only one visit per week. This is usually true with high use spas (more than 4 uses per week). We will work with you to maintain your spa under these circumstances. The cleaning of the spa filter and draining of the spa is completed by the homeowner.

Your water is tested for calcium and conditioner every spring and fall. These levels do not change quickly because they only lower by dilution and raise with chemicals added. Most pools do not need any extra calcium or conditioner throughout the year. For the most part, only pools with a small or large leak need these two chemicals on a regular basis. In an effort to keep weekly pool service costs low, I only bill the customers that needed extra calcium or conditioner beyond normal amounts.
I supply up to 15lbs. of Calcium Hardness, 6lbs. of Conditioner, 160lbs. of Salt (Salt Pools Only), and 2 qts. of algaecide per year for free. If your pool needs more than these amounts your pool likely has a leak and the extra chemicals will be billed at these rates; Conditioner is $2.50 per pound and Calcium is $1.50 per pound. This is far below retail price and is only meant to pay for the extra cost to balance your pool.
Algaecides are billed when mustard algae is present and I have already used the preventative dose and one more dose (2 quarts per year are included in all levels of service). High chlorine or shocking does not kill mustard algae and the algaecide is needed. One quart of algaecide treats up to 20,000 gallons of pool water and is billed at $34.99.99 plus tax. This is lower than retail price and I also brush and shock the pool for free.
